Merriam-Webster defines heaven as the dwelling place of the Deity and the blessed dead; a spiritual state of everlasting communion with God. Why are the living not privy to this blessedness? Why can’t our gods live among us? If we have a relationship here on earth with our god(s), why must we die for it to be cemented?

Recently a very brilliant, very capitalist-thinking, friend of mine got into a debate with me about world economy, etc. He’s got incredible ideas that will bring third world countries in line with western economics. That’s where it started…

Why are so many people on this planet? Why is our Earth being overrun and becoming overpopulated?

Ego, ignorance and general careless. People, more humans, are being created every single day in the name of these things. If we are indeed created in the image of a "god", I've become concerned that the god we're cloned after is an egomaniacal ignorant ass who really doesn't care about his/her children. Because as humans, that's exactly what we do. We procreate recklessly and carelessly.
